What can an affiliated account do on behalf of a company that has a valid subscription?

When you become affiliated to a company with an active subscription as a basic user, you have access to:

  • Downloads
    Download the digital products you are entitled to
  • Tech Support
    Open tickets on priority support
  • Product activation keys
    Generate and download activation keys for your products

If you are affiliated as a procurement user, you also have access to:

  • Customer care
    Ask for quotes, invoices, renew and recede from a subscription
  • Accounting Documents
    See and download invoices and quotes

ReadonlyREST is a subscription to software updates and support service. The subscription is renewed implicitly on a yearly cadence, in the form of a recurrent invoice.
